StormScale (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) provides web-based software tools that help users research HS codes, estimate duty ranges, and review import documentation guidelines. StormScale is an informational tool only and does not provide legal, financial, or customs brokerage services.

2. Acceptable Use

By using StormScale, you agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its operation. You agree not to use the Service for illegal imports, restricted goods, or fraudulent classification.

3. No Legal or Customs Advice

StormScale provides automated suggestions only. HS codes, duty rates, and compliance requirements must always be verified through official tariff schedules, customs authorities, or licensed professionals.

4. Payments

Certain features (such as the Full HS Report) require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms and our refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

StormScale is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses, penalties, duties, or delays arising from reliance on the Service’s outputs.
