Refund Policy

1. Overview

StormScale offers digital access to HS classification tools. Due to the nature of digital goods, all payments are generally non-refundable.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be granted within 7 days if:

• The service was unusable due to a technical error on our end; or
• You were charged incorrectly.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect HS results
• User misunderstanding or misuse
• Deciding you no longer need the service after receiving the report

5. Stripe Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Refunds, if granted, are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method.
